云母紙的抄造工藝與設(shè)備總體上與其他各類紙板的制造工藝與設(shè)備大體相同，但由于云母紙的特性，所用造紙機(jī)也有其特點(diǎn)。國內(nèi)云母紙的造紙機(jī)主要有圓網(wǎng)造紙機(jī)和長網(wǎng)造紙機(jī)兩類，以圓網(wǎng)造紙機(jī)為多。圓網(wǎng)造紙機(jī)又分為單圓網(wǎng)和雙圓網(wǎng)兩種，儲(chǔ)漿池中的云母漿料，用符合質(zhì)量要求的水稀釋成濃度2%~3%的漿液，由提漿泵送入造紙機(jī)的網(wǎng)部。根據(jù)所抄造的不同厚度云母紙的要求，進(jìn)一步稀釋到合適的濃度（一般在0.3%~0.7%之間）
The papermaking process and equipment of MICA paper are generally the same as that of other kinds of paperboard, but due to the characteristics of MICA paper, the paper machine used also has its own characteristics. There are two kinds of Mica paper-making machines in China, one is rotary-screen paper-making machine, the other is long-screen paper-making machine. The MICA PULP in the pulp storage tank is diluted to 2% ~ 3% slurry by water which meets the quality requirements. The pulp is pumped to the net part of the paper machine. According to the different thickness of MICA paper produced, further diluted to the appropriate concentration (generally 0.3% ~ 0.7%)
